The Campground Vehicles report is your rig inventory — every vehicle on record, its dimensions, its owner, and the space it is currently sitting in. Where most campground reports are built around reservations, this one is built around the rigs themselves.
This article assumes you already know the basics of the Sharper reporting module — the Name, Token, Subtotal, column picker, and filter fields. Why This Report Matters
Rig dimensions are what determine whether a booking can physically be honored. A guest who books online with an oversized fifth wheel and gets assigned a short pull-through becomes a problem at the gate, not in the office. This report is where you review that data in bulk, which makes it useful for:
Checking rig lengths and heights are recorded, since length overall (LOA) and height decide space fit and clearance
Comparing each rig against the limits of the space it has been given
Building a plate list for gate staff or security
Auditing migrated data after a move from a previous system
What the Report Includes
Rows come from vehicle records rather than reservations, which has two consequences:
A rig appears whether or not it has a current reservation. Guests who have left, or are booked for a future season, are still listed.
Unit Name is the space the rig is currently assigned to, and it is empty for a rig that is not on site right now.
Every vehicle in this report is attached to a customer record. A rig recorded without an owner will not appear at all. If you are auditing your inventory and the count looks short against what is physically in the park, ownerless vehicle records are the first thing to check.
For Insurance Compliance, Use Reservations Instead
This report carries only three insurance columns — Insurance Company, Insurance Policy Number, and Insurance Expiration Date. It does not have the Certificate of Insurance (COI) or Additional Insured fields.
Note: If your park requires proof of coverage and needs to be named on guests' policies, build that report from Campground Reservations instead — it carries Vehicle COI Received, Vehicle Additional Insured, and the insurance agent contact fields alongside the same policy columns. The Vehicles report can tell you a policy is expiring; it cannot tell you whether the paperwork is on file.
Building a Vehicles Report
Go to Reports → Campground → Vehicles in the left sidebar.
If a shipped report is close to what you need, use the ⋯ menu → Copy first — shipped reports can only be edited by the Sharper team.
Otherwise click + New and give it a Name, such as "Rig Inventory."
Add the columns below from the Available panel.
Click Save, then Get Report to run it.

Note: The column list also includes Vehicle Beam and Vehicle Hull Color. These are boat measurements shared from the marina side of Sharper and will normally be empty on RV records — leave them out of a campground report.
Useful Filters
Rigs currently on site: Field Unit Name, set to is not empty.
Missing dimensions: Field Vehicle LOA, set to is empty — these records cannot be checked against space limits.
Oversized rigs: Field Vehicle LOA, operator >, entering a length that is large for your park.
Tall rigs needing clearance: Field Vehicle Height, operator >, entering your lowest clearance.
Policies expiring soon: Field Insurance Expiration Date, operator Between, entering today's date and a date 30 or 60 days out.
Missing plate details: Field Vehicle Registration, set to is empty.
The missing-dimensions filter is the most valuable of these to run regularly — every rig without a recorded length is a booking that could be assigned to a space it will not fit.
