View occupancy and slip holder’s A/R at a glance using your marina’s map. Maps are used in the Campground and Marina modules.
Map Selection
Depending on the size of your marina or campground, there may be multiple maps available to view. This is selected in the top right hand corner via a drop down with the name of each map. The default map can be selected in Company Settings → Module Defaults under the Default Map drop-down.
Map View
There are 2 options regarding Map View:
Occupancy- Coupled with the Date and Time selection, the occupancy of each space will be shown after selecting the Check Occupancy button. The colors that appear are detailed in the Map Colors legend located in the top left by hovering over the Colors button.
A/R Balance- Clicking Check Customer Balance will show the A/R balance for each slip holder shown in the map. Hovering over the space will show the open balance and over due balance.
Viewing Reservations From the Map
Whether you are looking at the occupancy or A/R balance, a user is able to be directed into the reservation by hovering over the slip and clicking on the white pop-up that appears.
