Marina - Reservation Dashboard

Updated this week

The Marina Dashboard is the module's home screen and your starting point for daily operations. It shows all reservations arriving and departing today, and lets you check in or check out guests individually or in bulk.

Accessing the Dashboard

From the left navigation pane, click Marina. The Dashboard loads automatically as the first screen.

Dashboard Panels

The Dashboard is divided into two panels:

Arriving Today

Lists all reservations with a scheduled check-in date of today. Each row shows the booking number, customer name, vessel name, space assignment, Booking Type, reservation status, special request indicator, and contract signed indicator.

Departing Today

Lists all reservations with a scheduled check-out date of today. Each row shows the same fields as Arriving Today.

Filtering the Dashboard

At the top of the Dashboard, you can filter by:

  • Date β€” Change the date to view arrivals and departures for any day (past or future). Use the Prev and Next buttons to move between days.

  • Booking Type β€” If your marina uses multiple Booking Types, narrow the view to one type at a time.

Checking In or Checking Out a Single Reservation

  1. Locate the reservation in the Arriving Today or Departing Today panel.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (β‹―) to the right of the reservation.

  3. Select Check In or Check Out as appropriate.

The reservation status will update immediately.

Mass Check-In / Mass Check-Out

When multiple guests arrive or depart on the same day, you can update them all at once instead of opening each reservation individually.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  2. Select the correct Date for the reservations you need to update.

  3. Optionally filter by Booking Type if needed.

  4. If there are more than 10 reservations in the panel, click the display all option at the bottom right of the Arriving or Departing section to ensure all reservations are visible.

  5. Check the box next to the booking number at the top of the list to select all visible reservations. To deselect individual reservations, uncheck the box next to each one.

  6. An action button (Check In or Check Out) will appear above the list.

  7. Verify the selection is correct, then click the button.

Depending on the number of reservations, the mass update may take a few minutes to complete. Do not repeat the action until you have refreshed the screen and confirmed it is done.

Reviewing Special Requests

  1. Hover the mouse over the special request icon next to the reservation's status.

  2. An information box will display the special request the customer submitted during online booking.

Reviewing E-Sign Contract Status

If the booking requires an electronic signature, confirm the customer has signed before arrival:

  • If the contract has been signed, a signature icon appears on the booking row. Hover over it to see when the contract was signed.

  • If the contract has not been signed, use the three-dot menu to print the contract for the guest to sign in person.

Navigating to a Reservation from the Dashboard

To open a reservation in full detail, click the booking number or customer name on any row. This opens the reservation summary screen where you can view or edit all reservation details.
