If you have a slip become available and find there is a customer sitting on the waitlist, you can follow the below step to transfer the reservation from waitlist status to reserved. This will fill the spot and take up occupancy on your property. Search for the Waitlist reservation on the reservation screen.
Instructions
Within the reservation screen Marina → Reservations → click the Edit button to open the waitlist reservation.
Select the Edit button to edit the booking.
Select Advanced Search drop-down arrow.
Toggle off Waitlist.
Click the Search button to search for any available spaces.
Select the Space and enter any required information such as deposit, etc.
Click Save.
Once the reservation has been saved it is no longer in a Waitlist status, and has been removed from the waitlist. It will now be in either reserved (if they have not paid their deposit yet) or confirmed (the have paid their required deposit).
