This article covers updating long-term product rates in the Marina module. Long-term rates are tied to an effective date and are updated directly on the product. The same steps apply in the Campground module for long-term products.

Updating the Rates
Long-term rates are updated directly within the product.
Click the Marina module on the navigation pane.
Select Products using the ribbon at the top.
Select the product you need to update.
While inside the product, select Rates from the left-hand menu.
Select Add New Rate or click an existing rate to edit it.
Enter the Effective Date — the new rate will apply to invoices generated on or after this date.
Enter the new rate amount.
Click Save.
Long-term rates require an effective date. The system uses the effective date to determine which rate applies when generating invoices — always verify the effective date before saving.
