Sharper MMS

Fixed an issue where Sharper created only Credit Memos for all refund types since the 2.5.6 release. Restored correct behavior so that:

Refunds issued as credit create Credit Memo only.

Refunds issued as payment create Credit Memo + Refund.

- Refunds issued as credit create Credit Memo only.
- Refunds issued as payment create Credit Memo + Refund.
