System Settings is the administrative configuration hub in Sharper MMS. It contains company-wide settings that control how the software operates across all modules. Most tiles in System Settings require administrator-level access.
Note: Access to individual System Settings tiles is controlled by your user role. If you cannot see a tile or cannot access a section, an administrator can update your role under System Settings > Roles.
Accessing System Settings
Select System Settings from the bottom-left corner of the left navigation pane. The System Settings dashboard opens and displays all configuration tiles available to your role.

Attachment Types | File attachment categories scoped to specific record types (reservations, customers, etc.) |

Audit Logs | Read-only log of all data changes made in the system, with user and timestamp attribution |
Note: Some tiles — including Users, Roles, Calendars, and Audit Logs — are only visible to users whose role includes administrator-level access to those areas. If a tile you expect is not visible, an administrator can update your role under System Settings > Roles by editing your role, enabling the System Settings toggle in the Accessibility section, and turning on the specific settings your role needs.
Important: Some system configuration areas — including automated job scheduling and payment gateway setup — are managed exclusively by the Sharper implementation team and are not accessible through the standard System Settings dashboard. Contact Sharper support if you need changes to those configurations.
