Description

Display Name

Controls how customer names are displayed throughout Sharper. First Last (default) or Last, First.

Customer Balance

Controls how customer balances are shown. Balance By Customer/Outlet shows balances per outlet. Balance By Customer shows a combined balance across all outlets.

Default Payment Type

When enabled, a customer's credit card is automatically set as their default saved payment method when added.

Daily Deferred

When enabled, deferred income recognition entries are posted in full detail (one entry per recognition event) rather than summarized.

Save Pay Method All Outlets

When enabled, a saved payment method added at one outlet is available across all outlets for the same customer.

Credit Card AVS Enabled

When enabled, Address Verification Service (AVS) checks are performed on card transactions. AVS compares the billing address provided against the address on file with the card issuer to help detect fraud.

Default House Account

When enabled, new customers are assigned to a house account by default.

Disable Analytics

When enabled, the Analytics module is hidden from all users' navigation. Use this if your operation does not use the Analytics dashboard features.

Disable Phone Masking

When enabled, phone numbers are displayed in full without masking.

Use Free Form Address

When enabled, address fields accept free-form text rather than enforcing structured address entry.

After adjusting any settings, select Save to apply the changes. Changes take effect immediately for all users.
