Analytics → Settings is where you decide which dashboard appears in each part of Sharper. Assign one and that area opens to it automatically, so staff see the right figures without navigating anywhere.
You need dashboard management access on your role to save changes here. If you can view dashboards but the Save button does nothing for you, your administrator can enable it under System Settings → Roles.
The Four Assignments
Select Analytics in the left navigation pane, then Settings. Each field is a dropdown listing the dashboards that have been created:

Choose a dashboard in each field you want filled, then select Save. The change takes effect for everyone on their next page load.
Note: Only dashboards that already exist appear in these dropdowns. If the one you want is missing, create it first at Analytics → Dashboards. There is no slot for Marina, Campground, Booking or CRM — those modules have their own fixed screens and cannot display an Analytics dashboard.
These Settings Are Per Outlet
This is the single most useful thing to know about this screen. The four assignments belong to the outlet you are currently working in — they are stored as that outlet's settings, not as a company-wide preference.
If you run more than one property, you must set these for each one. Assigning an Outlet Dashboard while working in your marina does nothing for your campground. This is also the usual explanation for a dashboard that "disappeared": the user switched outlets, and the new outlet has nothing assigned. Check Settings for the outlet actually selected. The dashboards themselves are shared and can be assigned in as many outlets as you like.
Leaving a Slot Empty
An unassigned slot is perfectly valid. That area shows a plain screen with your company logo and an illustration instead of widgets — it contains no data by design. Staff can still go to Analytics → Dashboards and open any dashboard by hand.
Leaving the POS slot empty is a reasonable choice if your register staff have no need for figures, for instance.
Why an Assigned Dashboard Might Still Not Show
Assigning a dashboard is necessary but not always sufficient. Each of the module slots also has its own access setting on the user's role, separate from general Analytics access:
Someone without outlet dashboard access sees the graphic on the home screen
Someone without Accounting dashboard access sees it in Accounting
Someone without Point of Sale dashboard access sees it in POS
So two colleagues can be looking at the same screen in the same outlet and see different things, entirely because of their roles. Your administrator can adjust these under System Settings → Roles.
If Analytics is not switched on for your company at all, none of these slots will show a dashboard and the Analytics section will not appear in the sidebar. Whether Analytics is enabled is configured by your Sharper implementation team rather than being a setting you can change.
Changing an Assignment
Confirm you are working in the outlet you intend to change.
Go to Analytics → Settings.
Choose a different dashboard, or clear the field to leave the slot empty.
Select Save.
Remember to check these assignments after deleting a dashboard — a slot pointing at a deleted dashboard falls back to the plain graphic until you reassign it.
