We wanted to share an update following the recent system upgrades rolled out across the Sharper platform.
Between March 19 β March 22, we completed a platform-wide infrastructure upgrade to Sharper version 3.0.5. This update focused on modernizing the core technology that powers Sharper and is designed to improve performance, strengthen security, and provide a more stable foundation for future enhancements. β
During and shortly after the rollout, we identified a small number of issues affecting certain areas of the platform. Issues were identified quickly and addressed through ongoing fixes deployed as part of the release process. We recognize the impact this may have had on your day-to-day operations and appreciate your patience as we worked through these items.
System performance has now stabilized, and we are continuing to monitor closely. Weβve also implemented additional safeguards and begun rolling out targeted optimizations to improve speed and reliability, with further enhancements planned in upcoming releases.β
