By integrating Fin, we are significantly reducing the time you spend waiting for answers, allowing you to get back to what matters most: your customers and marina.
The Fastest Way to Get Support
While our dedicated human support team is always here to help, we want to ensure you’re using the most efficient channels:
The Chat Bubble: Clicking the chat bubble icon in the lower corner of your screen is the quickest way to get help. You can chat with Fin for instant answers or check the status of your current "in-progress" tickets.
The Help Center: For deep dives and step-by-step guides, our updated resource hub is always available at support.sharpermms.com.
NOTE: The Fin bubble is available only capable of submitting tickets when you are actively logged into SharperMMS.
Chat vs. Tickets: Fin operates as an active chatbot. If there is something he he can't solve alone he will automatically escalate the conversation into a ticket. Please keep in mind that our support team operates via a ticket-based system - not via live chat.
Email: While effective for complex issues, email inquiries may take longer to process. For the fastest resolution, always start with the chat bubble.

Role Settings Toggle for Fin Messenger Chat Bubble
For SharperMMS Admins / Owners: You can enable or disable the messenger bubble visibility and support escalation behavior as part of User Role Setup.

Access Support - Chatbot Only (No Escalations): Toggle On / Off
Chatbot Only is ON - the user will be unable to interact with SharperMMS Support or create support tickets.
Chatbot Only is still able to interact with Fin for helpful answers and insights.
Access Support - Icon Visible (Fin Chatbot not hidden): Toggle On / Off
Please Note: By default FIN bot does not offer support escalations (ticket creation) and must be set for each role. The default Chatbot Only toggle is ON meaning: if the bot is unable to answer a question or if a user asks for support escalation, they will be directed to contact their company administrator or owner to determine if support access should be granted.
FIN with Support Escalation Access will always be available and visible to User Role = Owner.
