v3.6.0 - 06.25.26 - Release Notes

This release includes reservation management enhancements, PAX device performance improvements, accounting fixes, and stability updates across payments, reporting, and communications.

Improvements

Long-Term Reservation Auto-Extension Reliability Improvements

Resolved several issues that could prevent long-term reservations from automatically extending as expected. Improvements were made to the underlying auto-extension process to increase reliability, improve performance, and provide better handling of large volumes of reservations.

Additional enhancements were also added to improve visibility and reservation management. Reservations that cannot be automatically extended now display a clear notification explaining the issue, helping staff quickly identify and resolve conflicts such as unavailable slips.

Staff can also now use the Extend Stay option on active long-term reservations before arrival, making it easier to manage future departure dates and long-term occupancy. Administrators can also now manage the Last Run Date and Time for scheduled auto-extension jobs directly from System Settings when troubleshooting or validating automated processing.

PAX A920 Performance & Reliability Improvements
Resolved several issues that could impact performance and stability on PAX A920 payment devices. Improvements were made to application loading, memory management, and transaction processing to reduce device slowdowns, unresponsiveness, and unnecessary restarts.

Additional usability enhancements include improved recovery of in-progress orders and a smoother cash payment entry experience for staff using the device during checkout.

Bug Fixes

Temporary Departed Slip Display & Reporting

Fixed an issue where slips assigned to Temporary Departed vessels could incorrectly appear available on the Marina Map. Slips now remain properly marked as occupied while the vessel's reservation remains active.

Occupancy and availability reporting has been updated to correctly attribute Temporary Departed vessels to their assigned slip rather than their temporary departure location.

Credit Memo Accounting Entries
Resolved an issue where discounts included on credit memos were not being properly reflected in General Ledger entries. Discount amounts are now correctly posted as separate accounting line items.

General Ledger Rounding Accuracy

Fixed a rare rounding issue that could cause invoice item amounts to be posted to the General Ledger with an incorrect cent value due to floating-point calculations.

Bulk Email Delivery Reliability

Resolved an issue that could cause bulk email sends, such as statement batches, to fail due to excessive SMTP authentication attempts for properties using Gmail as their email service provider. Email delivery reliability has been improved by reusing authenticated connections during large email batches.
