This release includes a combination of performance optimizations, accounting and invoicing bug fixes, and email handling improvements. We also resolved a handful of UI rendering and page loading issues.


Improvements

POS — Default Payment Type Enhancements

We've expanded default payment type functionality to improve payment workflows throughout the platform. Administrators can now configure device-based payment options as default selections. These defaults will automatically populate during payment workflows where applicable, helping reduce clicks and streamline day-to-day processing.

Sage Intacct Sync Reliability Improvements

Improved reliability and monitoring for Sage Intacct synchronization processes.

Enhancements include improved handling of failed Journal Entry sync events and restoration of automated failure notifications, helping ensure sync issues are surfaced more quickly for administrators.

System Monitoring & Background Processing Improvements

Added additional platform monitoring and background processing enhancements to improve overall system reliability. This includes new health monitoring endpoints, improvements to cron processing behavior, and additional protections intended to reduce repeated background job failures and improve recovery from unexpected processing issues.


Bug Fixes

POS Register Header Layout

Fixed an issue introduced in v3.2.2 that caused POS Register header actions and navigation items to become misaligned. Register controls now display consistently across supported screen sizes and browsers.

Reservation Dashboard Checkout

Resolved an issue that prevented users from checking out reservations from the Reservations Dashboard and incorrectly displayed: "Some bookings have changed since you opened the list. Please reload page." Users can now complete reservation checkouts successfully from this screen.

Contracts Tab Grey Screen

Resolved multiple scenarios that could cause the Contracts screen to display a blank grey page when editing reservation items. Contracts now load correctly regardless of how users navigate through reservation workflows.

Email Sending Reliability

Resolved an issue that could cause some outbound emails to fail to send.

QuickBooks Desktop Product Sync

Resolved an issue that could cause product updates to become stuck in a repeated retry cycle when synchronization data became outdated.

QuickBooks Import Validation

Fixed an issue where QuickBooks imports could incorrectly detect existing transaction activity when no transactions existed.

Shift4 Saved Payment Methods
Resolved an issue affecting properties configured with Shift4 that prevented customer payment methods from being successfully saved in CRM.

CRM Refund Screen
Fixed an issue that prevented the CRM Refunds screen from loading correctly for certain Shift4-configured properties.
