Intercom Chat: Flexible Support Configuration via Roles
We’ve enhanced role-based chat settings to give your team more control over how Fin AI, our new in-platform support tool, supports you and your team.
Fin can instantly answer questions, guide users, and escalate to our support team when needed — helping resolve a large portion of support requests automatically while ensuring more complex issues reach the right people.
With these updates, system Owners and Admins can now configure chat behavior directly at the role level to match your operational needs:
No Chat Access – Disable chat entirely for specific roles
AI Chatbot Only – Allow Fin to answer questions with no ticket escalation
AI + Human Support – Enable Fin with seamless escalation to support tickets
This makes it easier to tailor the support experience across your team — whether you want fully automated responses, controlled AI usage, or a blended AI + human support workflow.

Navbar: Overflow Handling Improvements
Updated the platform navbar behavior to prevent overflow issues that could hide or impede the user menu, improving usability across screen sizes.
CRM Invoice View: Improved Readability
Expanded the scrollable container in the CRM invoice view so multiple line items are easier to view without additional scrolling constraints.
Invoice Downloads: Improved File Naming
Invoice downloads now use the user-facing Invoice ID in the file name, making it easier to identify and organize downloaded files.
Report Downloads: Standardized File Naming
Report downloads now include the report name, module name and download date in the file name for better organization and traceability.
Analytics Widgets: Improved Total Display
Updated analytics widgets to truncate Total values in single widget calculations for a more consistent and readable display.

Invoice Print View: Mobile Rendering Issue
Fixed an issue where invoice print views did not render correctly on mobile devices.
Billing Address: Picklist Linking Issue
Resolved an issue where some states/provinces were not properly linked to their associated country in the billing address picklists in CRM and Online Portals.
CRM: Duplicate Transactions When Filtering by Date
Fixed an issue where duplicate transactions could appear when filtering by date, including pinned transactions.
Space Assignment: Error When Editing or Creating a New Assignment
Resolved two errors that could occur when creating a new space assignment or editing an existing space assignment, preventing users from updating assignments as expected
Reservations: Error When Editing Reservation Due to Missing Pricing Data
Resolved an issue where certain reservations could trigger an error when being edited due to missing data required for pricing calculations. This could result in a failed request when the system attempted to retrieve updated pricing, preventing users from accessing or editing the reservation. Additional validation has been added to ensure missing data is handled properly and does not interrupt the edit workflow.
Reports: Variables Not Persisting Without Save
Fixed an issue where newly added report variables would not persist in web view or in report downloads unless the report was explicitly saved.
Marina Vessels Report: Missing Vessels After Import
Resolved an issue where imported vessels would not appear in reports until they were manually re-saved.
Availability Page: Sorting Issue
Fixed an issue where space and unit groups were not sorting correctly based on configured sort order.
Campground Booking: Grey Screen in Map View
Resolved an issue in the booking portal where users encountered a grey screen when filtering for RV sites in map view.
QuickBooks Online: Sync Messages Stuck in Pending
Fixed an issue where QBO sync messages could remain in a pending state and not process correctly.
Reservations: Error when Applying Price Adjustments
Resolved an issue where users could not apply all types of price adjustments for existing reservations.

Introduced a new AndroidTableList component to improve rendering and usability of table views on Android devices.
PAX A920 Pro Device: “Send All” Button Visibility Restored
Resolved an issue where the “Send All” button was not consistently visible on Android, restoring expected behavior.
