POS - Attach Contracts to Products

Attach contracts to products, which can be sent to your customer. Customers can sign their acceptance of any Terms and Condition via the portal. You can attach contracts in Booking, Campground, and Marina modules.

Verify the module you wish to attach the contract is selected.

  1. Click on the Products tab

  2. Select the product the contract needs to be attached

  3. Select the Booking Setup tab on the left-hand side index

  4. Scroll to Booking Constraints section

  5. Click on the Product Contracts drop down menu

  6. Select the contract to attach to the product

  7. Click the Save or Save & Back button
