Campground - Price Adjustments

Campground-specific notes on setting up and assigning price adjustments (automatic fees) to Campground reservations and products.

This article covers price adjustments in the Campground module. Price adjustments are fees automatically added to Campground reservations β€” they are set up and managed independently per module.

Accessing Campground Price Adjustments

Navigate to Campground > Settings > Price Adjustments.

Campground-Specific Notes

  • Use the Exclude Dates field to define date ranges when an adjustment does not apply β€” useful for shoulder-season waivers or holiday exceptions.

  • Use Price Adjustment Groups (Campground > Settings > Price Adjustment Groups) to organize adjustments by category (e.g., "Utility Fees," "Amenity Fees") for reporting purposes.

  • Price adjustments must be assigned to each product individually via Products > Booking Setup > Extra / Price Adjustments.

  • Per Unit adjustments are tied to a specific space and apply to any reservation that occupies it, regardless of the product booked. These are configured under the Per Unit tab in Price Adjustments.
