Meter Read Rent Roll Report

A new Meter Read Rent Roll report is now available for Marina and Campground, showing power meter occupancy status, the current tenant, and the last recorded reading in one place.

Set Up Metering for Existing Reservations

Reservations that were checked in before power metering was turned on for an outlet can now have their metering set up retroactively, right from the reservation screen, without needing a database correction from your Sharper implementation team.

Default Availability Chart to Day View

The Booking, Marina, and Campground Availability charts can each now be configured to open showing just today, instead of the standard multi-week view. This is set per module under Company Settings → Module Defaults.

Bulk Activate/Inactivate POS Products

The POS product list now includes a Status filter and column, and lets you activate or inactivate several products at once instead of one at a time.

"No Rules" Booking Duration Override

Hourly reservations can now be booked for durations shorter than a product's configured booking interval when the No Rules option is enabled on the search screen.

More Reliable Register Closing

Registers with very large batches now close quickly and reliably instead of timing out, and a register that failed to close no longer gets stuck locked out of login.

Server Close-Out Protections

Prevents two close-out attempts from happening on a terminal at the same time, and ensures a failed or cancelled close-out doesn't lock staff out or leave incorrect totals on the printed summary.

Automatic Availability Repair

The system now automatically detects and repairs broken reservation availability data, while carefully leaving genuine double-bookings and space assignment conflicts in place for staff to review rather than silently overwriting either reservation.

Checkout now correctly calculates usage for sites with only a water meter and no electric meter.
