CRM - Dashboard

Overview of CRM module sections and how customer records, invoices, and payments are shared across all Sharper modules.

The CRM Dashboard is the entry point to Sharper's customer relationship management module. It provides access to customer accounts, billing history, and all financial records associated with your customers.

Navigate to CRM in the left-hand navigation to open the module. Use the top ribbon to switch between sections.

CRM is shared across all modules. Customer records, invoices, and payments created in CRM are used by Marina, Campground, Bookings, and POS. There is no module-specific customer record β€” all customer management happens in CRM.

Customers

Create, search, and manage customer accounts. Customer records are shared across Marina, Campground, Bookings, and POS β€” a customer created here is available in all modules.

Transactions

Unified view of a customer's financial activity, including invoices, payments, and credits.

Invoices

View and generate invoices for Marina, Campground, and Booking reservations.

Payments

Record payments, run AutoPay batches, and manage settled and unsettled payments.

Credit Memos

Issue credits and apply them to open invoices or issue refunds to customers.

Refunds

View refund records issued through the Credit Memos workflow.

Statement Charges

View and manage statement-level charges on customer accounts.
