Before guests can book a product through the online portal, Online Booking must be enabled on that product. This is a manual toggle — enable it when you are ready for guests to book.
Prerequisites
Before enabling, confirm:
The product is set to Active.
A rate plan or fixed price covers the dates guests will search.
The module has an active Online Booking outlet configured (Module → Settings → Online Booking).
Enabling Online Booking on a Product
Navigate to the product in its module (Bookings, Marina, or Campground → Products).
Open the product and go to the Online Booking tab or section.
Toggle Enable Online Booking to on.
Confirm the product is assigned to the correct Booking Type for online use.
Select Save.
To time a launch, enable the toggle close to your intended go-live date — not days in advance — so guests see the product as soon as it is announced.
Taking a Product Offline
To remove a product from the online portal without deleting it, return to the product's Online Booking section and toggle Enable Online Booking to off. The product remains in the system and continues to support staff-created reservations — it is hidden from the guest portal only.
