Templates: Expanded Support for Social Media & Customer Portal URLs

We've expanded Outlet and Template functionality to support dynamic social media and website links, making it easier to create branded customer communications.

Users with the appropriate permissions can now manage social media links, website URLs, and customer portal links within Company Settings for each outlet. These values are available as template variables and can be easily inserted into email and communication templates using the enhanced link picker, eliminating the need to manually enter or maintain URLs across multiple templates.
​

This enhancement helps ensure links remain consistent, accurate, and easier to manage across customer-facing communications.

​Reports: New Variable of "Invoice Total" for Deferred Income Reporting

The Deferred Income Report now includes the variable "Invoice Total" as an option when building deferred income reports. This provides additional visibility and context when reviewing deferred revenue balances.

​Reservation Lists: Improved Booking Customer Visibility

For customers who utilize both Reservation Customer and Booking Customer records, reservation dashboards and lists now provide improved visibility into both sets of information.

Sharper supports separate Reservation Customer and Booking Customer details, allowing organizations to track the reservation source under a primary CRM customer while maintaining the actual guest or visitor information associated with the stay.

This update improves how these records are displayed throughout reservation dashboards and lists by ensuring Booking Customer information is shown where applicable, while also displaying the associated Reservation Customer for quick reference. This makes it easier for staff to identify both the guest and the originating customer record at a glance.

​Accounting Configuration Enhancements

Additional accounting configuration options have been added to support upcoming accounting workflow and automation improvements currently under development.

Vessel Dimensions Update
Fixed an issue where vessel beam detail could incorrectly copy to the draft field on certain reservation-related screens. Vessel dimenssion values now display as expected throughout the system.

​Resolved an issue that could cause deposit calculations to display excessive decimal precision in certain scenarios. Deposit amounts are now consistently rounded and displayed correctly across all reservation types.
