Your Sharper online booking portal has its own web address that you can link to from your website, a marketing email, or a social post. Adding a "Book Now" or "Reserve a Slip" button sends guests straight into the booking flow instead of making them search your site for it.
Finding Your Portal URL
Each of your outlets (locations) has its own Portal Site URL. To find it:
Go to Company Settings → Company → Locations.
Open the outlet you want the link for.
Scroll to the Links & Social section.
The Portal Site URL field holds your Sharper portal address. (if Blank - see Online Site URL below)
Add /online-booking/ to the end of the URL to send customers directly to your bookings page. Example: https://yourportalsite.com/online-booking/
Note: If you have more than one location, each one has its own Portal Site URL. Grab the URL from the specific outlet you're promoting — don't reuse one location's link for another.
If the field is empty, you can check your own website to identify the intended link, or check Company Settings → Reservation Settings for the Sharper Online Site URL.
Pro Tip: update the Social Media and Portal Site URLs to begin using the variable in marketing templates to help your customers pay online.
Important: Portal Site URL is a separate setting from the Online Site URL configured under Company Settings → Reservation Settings, and the two don't sync automatically. Portal Site URL should normally be set to the same web address as your Online Booking site. If it's left blank, templates, buttons, and links built from it (including this one) go missing from emails and templates with no error shown — worth checking first if a button or link "isn't there."
Linking from an External Website
In your website editor (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.), add a button or hyperlink.
Set the link destination to your Portal Site URL.
Set it to open in a new tab, so guests don't lose their place on your website.
Label the button clearly — "Reserve Now," "Book Online," and "Reserve a Slip" are all common choices.
Testing the Link
Before publishing the link on your website, open the Portal Site URL in an incognito or private browser window. Confirm the portal loads and the products you expect to see are there.
