How to Link "Book Now" Buttons on Your Website to Sharper Booking

How to find your Sharper online booking portal URL and link it from an external website or "Book Now" button.

Your Sharper online booking portal has its own web address that you can link to from your website, a marketing email, or a social post. Adding a "Book Now" or "Reserve a Slip" button sends guests straight into the booking flow instead of making them search your site for it.

Finding Your Portal URL

Each of your outlets (locations) has its own Portal Site URL. To find it:

  1. Go to Company Settings → Company → Locations.

  2. Open the outlet you want the link for.

  3. Scroll to the Links & Social section. The Portal Site URL field holds your booking portal address.

Note: If you have more than one location, each one has its own Portal Site URL. Grab the URL from the specific outlet you're promoting — don't reuse one location's link for another.

If the field is empty, your Sharper implementation team hasn't set it up yet. Contact them to have it configured.

Linking from an External Website

  1. In your website editor (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.), add a button or hyperlink.

  2. Set the link destination to your Portal Site URL.

  3. Set it to open in a new tab, so guests don't lose their place on your website.

  4. Label the button clearly — "Reserve Now," "Book Online," and "Reserve a Slip" are all common choices.

Testing the Link

Before publishing the link on your website, open the Portal Site URL in an incognito or private browser window. Confirm the portal loads and the products you expect to see are there.
