Customer Portal — Your Account, Password, and Login

Customer-facing guide for marina and campground guests — accessing the Customer Portal, first-time login, account setup, and troubleshooting.

This guide is for customers — marina guests, boaters, campers, and RV guests. If you are a staff member looking to configure portal settings or manage customer access, see CRM — Customer Portal instead.

The Customer Portal lets you view reservations, pay invoices, download documents, and sign contracts — all without calling the office. This guide covers how to access your account, set your password, and what to do when login isn't working.


Do You Already Have an Account?

If you have ever made a reservation or had a payment processed at this property — as a boater, camper, or RV guest — you almost certainly already have an account, even if you have never logged in. Your email address is your username.

Try Forgot Password first:

  1. Go to the portal login page (the property will provide the link).

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter the email address on file with the property.

  4. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow it to set your password.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.


Creating a New Account

If you are brand new to the property:

  1. Go to the portal login page.

  2. Click Create Account.

  3. Enter your email address and create a password.

  4. Fill in any required profile fields.

  5. Click Save.

Your email address becomes your username for all future logins.


Logging In

  1. Go to the portal login page.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click Log In.


What You Can Do in the Portal

Once logged in, you can:

  • View upcoming and past reservations — slips, campsites, and other bookings

  • View and pay open invoices

  • Download receipts and statements

  • Review and sign required contracts

  • Update your contact information and saved payment methods

The features available depend on what the property has enabled for its customers.


First-Time Portal Access

When your account is first set up by property staff, you may receive a welcome email with a temporary link to set your password. If you did not receive this email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Try Forgot Password using the email address you provided at check-in or during booking.

  3. Contact the property directly if neither option works — they can resend your invitation.

Your portal password is separate from any other service. Property staff cannot view your password but can reset your account access if needed.


Troubleshooting Login Issues
